Garden Work Days
Each member is required to commit one hour of service work to the garden each month. Service hours help with the community garden's upkeep and maintenance. Without volunteer hours, our community garden will not be able to function properly and fall into disrepair.
When you become a member, you will be able to sign up for one of our service teams, and garden work days will be set by your team leader. However, you do not have to be a member to be a volunteer.
We regularly schedule general work days for members and non-members. These days are voluntary, and consist of non-members working together with staff members to keep our garden viable and beautiful. Members are encouraged to participate. If you are interested in becoming a team leader, please contact us.
